SALLY NASH THERAPIES
Let me help you to help yourself!
My therapies focus on helping you to reduce your pain, improve your mobility and flexibility and help to maintain and improve your overall holistic wellbeing.
I’ve Got You Covered
For your first appointment, we will discuss your current health and general lifestyle so that I can offer you the best therapies to help get you back on the road to better health and wellbeing.
Physiokey therapy is a non-invasive treatment that restores the body’s self-healing mechanism.
It’s 100% drug-free pain relief through biofeedback neurological stimulation. It helps reduce chronic and acute pain, improves blood circulation, and facilitates the restoration and improvement of muscles and joints.
The Emmett Technique is an Internationally recognised muscle release technique. It involves applying light finger pressure at specific points, to bring about a relaxation response in the soft tissues of the body, thereby helping release pain, discomfort and tension and improve mobility.
Reiki is the Japanese for universal life energy and is also the word used to describe a system of natural healing. It works on both the physical and the emotional, to bring about balance and a sense of peace.
The treatment works with healing energy which is channelled to the client through the practitioner.
Reflex Lymph Drainage is an award-winning reflexology technique that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The main aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay BSc (Hons), whilst working in cancer care.
It can help with Lymphoedema, Lipoedema, and Auto-immune disorders including Psoriasis, Asthma, Hayfever, Diabetes, Lupus, and Fibromyalgia.
Thermo-auricular therapy is a non-invasive treatment that can help to relieve sinus congestion, headaches, tinnitus, hayfever, vertigo, and dizziness.
Treatment includes a facial drainage massage.
Reflexology is a holistic treatment based on the principle that there are areas on the feet, hands, ears, and face that map via the nervous system to corresponding parts of the body.
When the pressure is applied to these areas and points, it stimulates the movement of energy along nerve channels and helps restore homeostasis in the whole body.

Was able to stop pain medication after 6 treatments
I have suffered from a bad back (disc protrusion) giving me sciatica down to my right calf. I was unable to stand straight and not on my feet for long. I had tried other treatments (chiropractor and a specialist with private health insurance) none of which gave me any results. Six months wasted and still in pain.
Session one was something else. Mind blown moment. It’s not just the area of damage but the way your body compensates that needs treatment. So after an hour I was walking straight and had no pain in my calf. Forward to 4 more amazing treatments and I feel like literally running a marathon. I cannot thank Sally enough for what she has done for me. I have my life back
I recently had reflexology by Sally. Sally made me feel at ease immediately since having this treatment my backache has eased and my joints feel as if they have been oiled I would definitely recommend Sally.
I went to see Sally after having a problem with my right shoulder/neck for quite some time. The treatment I received was excellent and after only three one-hour sessions my neck and shoulder were 100% better.
But it wasn’t just the treatment that I received for this problem that Sally helped me with.
Having lost my wife two years previously to cancer, I found that in the course of my treatment was able to talk to Sally quite openly about how I felt for the first time and I feel that she totally knew how I was feeling.
I couldn’t praise this ladies caring abilities enough, truly amazing.
