PHYSIOKEY
Physiokey therapy is a non-invasive treatment that restores the body’s self-healing mechanism.

Reiki is the Japanese for universal life energy and is also the word used to describe a system of natural healing. It works on both the physical and the emotional, to bring about balance and a sense of peace.
The treatment works with healing energy which is channelled to the client through the practitioner.

REFLEX LYMPH DRAINAGE
Reflex Lymph Drainage is an award-winning reflexology technique that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The main aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay BSc (Hons), whilst working in cancer care.
It can help with Lymphoedema, Lipoedema, and Auto-immune disorders including Psoriasis, Asthma, Hayfever, Diabetes, Lupus, and Fibromyalgia.

EAR CANDLING THERAPY
Thermo-auricular therapy is a non-invasive treatment that can help to relieve sinus congestion, headaches, tinnitus, hayfever, vertigo, and dizziness.
Treatment includes a facial drainage massage.
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a holistic treatment based on the principle that there are areas on the feet, hands, ears, and face that map via the nervous system to corresponding parts of the body.
When the pressure is applied to these areas and points, it stimulates the movement of energy along nerve channels and helps restore homeostasis in the whole body.

I have suffered from a bad back (disc protrusion) giving me sciatica down to my right calf. I was unable to stand straight and not on my feet for long. I had tried other treatments (chiropractor and a specialist with private health insurance) none of which gave me any results. Six months wasted and still in pain.
