Physiokey

Physiokey is a non-invasive treatment, which restores the body’s self-healing mechanism. The Physiokey device emits an electromagnetic signal, which is almost identical to the human nerve signal. This signal travels along certain types of nerve fibres, which triggers the release of powerful pain-relieving substances into the bloodstream called endorphins. Physiokey also stimulates the production of neuropeptides, which rapidly advances healing.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a holistic treatment based on the principle that there are areas and points on the feet, hands, and ears that map via the nervous system to corresponding parts of the body. When pressure is applied to these areas and points it stimulates the movement of energy along the nerve channels and helps to restore homeostasis (balance) in the whole body. Reflexology is known as a Zone Therapy in countries other than the UK.

Reflexology Lymph Drainage

Reflexology Lymph Drainage is an award-winning reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the Lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay BSc (Hons), whilst working in Cancer Care. It can help with Lymphoedema and Auto-immune disorders, including Psoriasis, Asthma, Hayfever, Diabetes, Lupus and Fibromyalgia.

Hopi Ear Candling

Hopi ear candling (also known as thermal-auricular therapy) has been used for over 3000 years for cleansing, purifying and healing both on a spiritual and practical level. Any impurities and excess ear wax are gently warmed and drawn up into the candle, while gentle vibrations act to softly massage the ear, and the rising air helps to regulate pressure. It is a very relaxing and therapeutic feeling. Your treatment ends with a relaxing acupressure massage to the head and face.

Reiki

Reiki is Japanese for ‘universal life energy’, and is also a word used to describe a system of natural healing. It works both on the physical and emotional to bring about balance and a sense of peace. The treatment works with healing energy which is channelled to the client through the practitioner and you may or may not feel sensations during treatment such as heat, icy cold, tingling, seeing colours or feeling a range of emotions. Regular Reiki treatments promote a calmer response to life’s challenges.
